3. When choosing a WINNER of a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, the results of the AGREEMENT TO ATTRACT A SUB-CONTRACTOR OF NOVATEK-TARKOSALENEFTEGAZ LLC will be taken into account.
In case of refusal to be approved by the CUSTOMER, the NEXT according to the rating of technical and commercial evaluation will be considered the WINNER.

5. A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for applicants, which will be taken into account when summing up the results, is AVAILABILITY OF TECHNIQUE, which is associated with the requirements of the Customer, in terms of access control at the field.
6. The cost should include all costs and expenses for the execution of works, including the costs of relocation and organization of work on the spot, winter appreciation, shift costs, as well as transportation costs, costs when conducting work at an existing enterprise, the cost of preparing and executing executive documentation and other documentation and costs, all taxes, fees and other payments stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the costs of work not specifically mentioned, but which are necessary for production works.
7. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
8. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the timing of the work), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form participant in this procedure (form attached). In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
9. Calculation of the cost must be provided for the amount indicated in the attached form of the commercial proposal to establish and fix the cost of a unit rate. After determining the winner of the procurement procedure, the quotation will be recalculated to the actual volumes according to the working documentation taking into account the fixed cost per unit.

- Copies of PTS (PSM) for equipment planned for the performance of work;
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Contractor;
- A letter stating that all expenses for construction and installation work and commissioning, including mobilization / demobilization of personnel and equipment, accommodation, food, fuel and lubricants, warehouse organization, delivery and storage of materials supplied by the Customer and the Subcontractor (as part of the work performed) are included in the price of the commercial offers;
- A letter of agreement with the terms of payment for the work performed and an indication of the timing of the work;
- A letter on the implementation of the entire range of work on its own, with the involvement of the Subcontractor, it is necessary to provide information on the division of the volume of work;
- A copy of the extract from the register of members of the SRO issued no earlier than one month before the deadline for submitting proposals;
- Charter;
- Decisions of the founders (shareholders) on amendments to the constituent documents;
- Decisions of founders (shareholders);
- Certificate of registration of a legal entity, re-registration and tax registration at the location;
- Licenses, if the performed works, services relate to the type of activity subject to licensing;
- Balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last reporting period, audit report;
- VAT and income tax declaration for the last reporting period;
- IFTS certificate on the fulfillment by the taxpayer of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, fines, interest and the status of tax payments (not older than 30 days);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) (not older than 30 days);
- Letters of the state statistics authorities about the assigned codes (including OKVED);
- Information about the applicable taxation regime and, if the organization applies the simplified taxation system, the notification of the tax authority on the transition to a simplified taxation system;
- Card with samples of signatures and stamps;
- Information about the location of the counterparty at the place of registration, actual location (documents confirming the right to lease, ownership of accommodation facilities);
- Copy of the passport of the head and (or) the person signing the contract by the counterparty;
- Copy of the order on the appointment of the chief accountant;
- Information about experience, technical equipment, availability of bases, number and qualifications of personnel (Appendix No. 1-3);
- Information on reviews and recommendations (Appendix No. 4).
