| Payment terms: | Payment for work performed is carried out by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing between the parties of the Act on the dismantling of temporary structures, all Acts of acceptance of work performed (KS-2) and Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (KS-3), executed on the basis of estimate documentation for the actually performed scope of work, subject to the transfer to the Customer of the full amount of executive documentation provided for in section 15 of the Terms of Reference and presentation by the Contractor of payment documents (invoice, invoice) |
