Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions:
1. Fill out the questionnaire attached to the bid documentation.

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. An extract from the register of SRO members in accordance with the types of work performed.
3. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of facilities.
4. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
5. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
6. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
7. Absence of litigation with clients regarding the quality of the services provided or violation of contractual obligations on the part of the Bidder.
