3. Within the framework of the 1st stage (preliminary), the proposal should consist only of the technical part, certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of the work must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). Applicants fill out Appendices No. 3,4,5,6 from the file "Request of the TAP with Appendices to fill in" attached to the procurement documentation.
Within the framework of the 2nd stage (main), the proposal should consist of a commercial part (Appendix 2 commercial part). The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 01.07.2021 – Tuesday.
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
4. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform.
