| Payment terms: | Payment is made on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, signed by the Parties, within 250 (two hundred fifty) calendar days from the date of its signing, but not earlier than the receipt of funds from the Customer for the corresponding stages of work performed under the Main Contract, provided that the Subcontractor provides the Contractor with the originals of the Act delivery and acceptance of work performed and invoices. |
