| Payment terms: | Payment for work performed is made within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of acts of work performed (form KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of work performed (form KS-3), by transferring funds in a non-cash form by payment order to the settlement account of the Contractor. Calculations are made in rubles - the currency of the Russian Federation. The basis for payment is an act of completed work of the KS-2 form, a certificate of the cost of the work performed in the KS-3 form, an invoice, an invoice, documents listed in clause 4.3 of the Agreement, presented by the Contractor to the Customer. |
