| Payment terms: | Payment for the work performed is made in stages, after documentary confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, that the Contractor has performed the work at the appropriate stage.
Payment for R & D (R & D stage) is made within 30 (thirty) / 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Contractor's delivery and acceptance by the Customer of the completed R & D (R & D stage), issued by the act of delivery and acceptance of works, and the submission of an invoice (if there is VAT). |
