The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
- Collection of commercial offers from 09.12.2022 to 21.12.2022 .
- Auctions within the second stage are held among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies; information on the timing of the second stage will be clarified and provided later.

Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals.
