Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:design and survey works:
• 30% down payment within 20 working days from the date of the beginning of the implementation phase of the order and the invoice.
• 70% within 20 working days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate completed Stage works and invoicing.
Construction-Assembly works
• 30% down payment within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of the beginning of the implementation phase of the order and invoicing;
• 40% within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the customer notification when a device Object Foundation;
• 25% within 20 working days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate completed Phase.
• 5% retention guarantee shall be paid within 60 days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works in the absence of any disputes and disagreements.
