Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made by the General Contractor on the basis of the volumes of work performed by the Subcontractor accepted by the General Contractor within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the completed Works without comments, subject to receipt of funds from the Customer, as well as in the absence of a change in the State Contract due to the reduction of the budget limits previously brought to the Customer by the chief administrator of the budget funds obligations. In the event that the main manager of the budget funds reduces the limits of budget obligations previously brought to the Customer, the Parties agree on a new procedure for final payment for the work performed by the Subcontractor.
