| Payment terms: | Settlements for the work performed are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days (if a procurement participant who is a SME entity is recognized as the winner, the payment term is 15 (Fifteen) working days) from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), executed on the basis of the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2), drawn up on the basis of estimate documentation (Appendix 2) |
