Scope of work:
1. installation of pipelines, sprinkler sprinklers of a water fire extinguishing system in axes 148-150 / Ж-I, building No 1, elev. 4,000;
2. dismantling, installation of sprinkler sprinklers of the water fire extinguishing system in building No. 1, workshop 441:
section 1 in axes 109-118 / BI, elev. 10.000, 14.000;
section 2 in axes 118-129 / BI, elev. 10.000, 14.000;
section 3 in axes 129-140 / BI, elev. 10.000, 14.000;
section 4 in the axes 140-150 / BI, elev. 10.000, 14.000;
section 5 in the axes 150-158 / BI, elev. 10.000, 14.000;
section 6 in the axes 158-160 / BI, elev. 10,000, 14,000.
3. dismantling, installation of sprinkler sprinkler sprinkler, building No. 1A, axis 148-152 / B-G4, elev. -6.900;
4. dismantling, installation of foam sprinkler sprinkler sprinklers, replacement of fire hydrants, building No. 16A, elev. 11.200.
Basis for execution: work is carried out on the basis of defective statements and estimated documentation of the Customer.
Turnaround time: in stages, from 05/18/2020 September 30, 2020
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (collection of Applications, documents of title and permits)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (providing proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If desired, it is stated in the tender procedure that it is necessary to fill out and send the following documents:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for work - License of the Ministry of Emergencies (if there is other permits, SROs, dealership certificates, etc., please send additional).
APPLICATION WITHOUT PRICE !! (the cost of the work is provided within 2-3 cal. weeks from the date of collection of applications for participation in the tender, also within the specified time period UNACCREDITED at UEB AVTOVAZ JSC must submit documents according to the list attached to the tender documentation).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the statement of work, defective statements and estimates of the Customer, within the time agreed upon with the Customer
2. At least 3 years of experience in performing these works;
3. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC;
4. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
5. Own material and technical base;
6. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period of continuous operation on materials, from the moment of the start of operation, must be not less than the factory of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 on January 29, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
