Payments for the work performed are made upon completion of the work within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the moment the Contractor submits the payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Acceptance Act signed by the Parties, subject to the transfer of the work result to the Customer in full, with duly executed documentation, in accordance with section 5 of the Agreement
