| Payment terms: | Payment of the cost of manufacturing Products under the Contract is made after acceptance of the work, the Customer pays the Contractor the cost of the Products. The basis for payment of works are issued in the prescribed manner: invoice TORG-12, the act of acceptance of manufactured products, invoice and invoice. Payment must be made no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate of manufactured Products. |
