Payment terms:ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» в течение 15 (пятнадцати) банковских дней со дня получения выставленного счета, при условии подписания Сторонами Акта выполненных работ, перечисляет на расчетный счет подрядчика платеж в размере 100% от цены договора.
Delivery terms:Место выполнения работ: Калужская область, г. Обнинск, Киевское шоссе, д. 9а.
Условия и порядок выполнения работ указаны в разделе 5 проекта договора «Порядок сдачи-приемки работ».
Сроки выполнения работ:
Подрядчик обязуется приступить к выполнению работ не позднее дня, следующего за днем подписания Договора Сторонами, выполнить работы и сдать их результат ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» в срок не позднее 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней со дня подписания Договора Сторонами.
