Comments:
LLC "Albazino Resources" offers to take part in the competition for the performance of works on cleaning and pumping of water intake wells of drinking and industrial water by hydrodynamic method.

Place of work:
The Polina Osipenko district of the Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky mining and Processing Plant. The coordinates of the Albazino site (latitude 52° 51 17.7, longitude 137° 53 2.6).

Name of works:
Cleaning and pumping of water intake wells № 10.2, 10.3, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5 hydrodynamic method.

Scope of work:
1. Cleaning of casing pipes from silt deposits, sand and clay;
2. Flushing and pumping of wells with measurements of static and dynamic levels;
3. Issuance of a report on completed works.

Terms of work:
In the period from 01.06.2022 to 01.08.2022.

Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor is obliged to be a member of the SRO on admission to the type of work "Drilling and arrangement of wells (except oil and gas)";
2. Work should be carried out in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation and instructions of equipment manufacturers;
3. The contractor performs the work on its own without involving the Customer's resources;
4. Perform work by qualified personnel with a permit to work in existing electrical installations up to 1000V (at least 3 groups of electrical safety).

Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel and equipment:
1. At the Customer's facility, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's personnel are organized by the Customer at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of work under the TOR);
2. The contractor independently and at his own expense ensures the delivery of his employees and equipment from the location of the organization to the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and back (expenses are included in the calculation of the cost of work under the TOR);
3. Delivery from the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur to AGOK and back will be organized by the Customer's motor transport and at the Customer's expense.

Mobilization/demobilization of personnel, machinery and equipment:
1. The mobilization of the Contractor's personnel and equipment is carried out at the written request of the Customer within the agreed time frame;
2. Before arriving at the Customer's facility, it is mandatory to provide the conclusion of the medical commission for each employee.

Mandatory requirements for OT and PB:
Set out in paragraph 16 of the TOR.

- detailed calculation of the cost of work;
- offer card (appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- constituent documents;
- consent to the processing of personal data (appendix No. 3 to the letter).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
