Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• An advance payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of materials specified in Appendix No. 3 – Estimate Form is paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the agreement.
• The final payment will be made upon completion of the work in full, which will be confirmed by the Act of Acceptance of the work performed (form KS-2), signed by the Parties, minus the amount of the guarantee deduction.
Guarantee deduction – the amount retained by the Customer for the work performed by the Bidder in the amount of 3% (three percent) of the amount of work performed. The warranty deduction is subject to return by the Customer to the Bidder after one year from the date of completion of the work in full.
At the same time, in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of obligations for timely and proper elimination of defects in the work performed, detected within one year from the date of completion of the work in full, the Customer has the right at any time to use the amount of the Warranty Deduction or part thereof to pay for the work performed by the Customer or a third party engaged by the Customer to eliminate defects, admitted by the Bidder.
• Within 5 (five) calendar days after receiving the advance payment (full or partial) from the Customer, the Bidder must issue an invoice to the Customer for this amount. The date of payment is considered to be the day when funds are debited from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank.
Delivery terms:• The results of the work must comply with the requirements of quality, safety of life and health, as well as other certification and safety requirements (sanitary norms and rules, state standards, etc.) established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• The work procedure is carried out under the following conditions: time of work, delivery/removal of materials/garbage from 8 to 17 o'clock on working days, Saturday, Sunday and non–working holidays established by federal law, as well as at other times - by separate agreement with the Customer.
• The customer will provide access to the territory to the contractor's employees and vehicles in accordance with the submitted lists.
• Protection of works, materials and equipment is carried out at the expense of the Bidder. The customer is not responsible for the safety of materials and equipment.
• In case of damage to the object during the work, the Bidder restores the damage at his own expense.
Within 3 (three) days after signing the final act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed under the Contract, remove the materials, equipment, vehicles, tools, appliances, inventory, products and structures belonging to it outside the work production facility
Delivery and acceptance of completed works is carried out by the Parties by signing an Act of Acceptance of completed works (unified form KS-2), a certificate of the cost of completed works and costs (unified form KS-3), issuing an invoice by the Bidder.
Upon completion of the work, provide the Customer with the following documents certified by signature and seal:
• Executive documentation and documents confirming the quality of the equipment and materials used;
• Certificate of acceptance of completed works (unified form KS-2);
• Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (unified form KS-3);
• Invoice, invoice.

• The Bidder should carefully study the Bid Documentation. Visit and inspect the work site at your own expense, as well as take responsibility for obtaining the necessary information (such as, but not limited to, the following: conditions of access to the construction site, transport, delivery of materials and equipment, storage and removal of construction debris, applicable laws and regulations (resolutions of local authorities), volumes and the type of work, necessary fixtures, etc., etc.) in relation to risk, unforeseen expenses and other circumstances that may affect the Offer. Failure to comply with these conditions is solely the Bidder's risk, and does not release from responsibility for any mistakes and missteps made.
• Any clarifications, interpretations or corrections will be sent to prospective Bidders in the format of clarifications via the electronic trading platform (with a copy for all Bidders of the procurement procedure).
If the Bidder of the Procurement Procedure does not ask any questions regarding the scope, meaning, discrepancies and the like in the Bid Documentation, it will be considered that the Bidder is familiar with the requirements, and no claims will be accepted after the submission of Proposals.
