Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Design and Survey works:
• 30% advance payment within 20 business days from the start date of the order and billing phase.
• 70% within 20 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed stage of work and invoicing.
Construction and Installation works
• 30%-Advance within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of commencement of execution of the stage of work on order and invoicing;
• 40% within 20 working days from the date of receipt by the customer of the notice of completion of the device foundation object;
• 25% within 20 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery-acceptance of the completed stage of work.
• 5%-Guarantee deduction is paid within 60 working days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works on condition of absence of any disputes and disagreements.
