The cost of the Services rendered is paid within the framework of the Order no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Services Acceptance Certificate.
Paperwork for the use of the Land:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days.
• 70% within 20 business days from the date of signing of the Act by the Parties.
Design and survey work for the placement of the Object:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days.
• 70% within 20 business days from the date of signing of the Act by the Parties.
Construction and installation work on the construction of the Object:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days;
• 40% within 20 business days from the date of receipt by the Customer of a notice of completion of the installation of the Foundation of the Object;
• 25% within 20 business days from the date of signing of the Act by the Parties.
• 5% - Guaranteed Hold, payable within 60 business days.
Design and construction works on VLES device:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days;
• 40% within 20 business days from the date of completion of construction and installation works, receipt by the Customer of a notice of completion of the construction of VLES and the supply of power to the Customer’s electrical equipment, and billing;
• 25% within 20 business days from the date of signing of the Act by the Parties.
• 5% - Guaranteed Hold, payable within 60 business days.
