Payment terms:Memory Search:
The cost of the Services rendered is paid within the framework of the Order no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Services Acceptance Certificate.
Paperwork for the use of the Land:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days.
• 70% within 20 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act.
Design and survey work for the placement of the Object:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days.
• 70% within 20 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act.
Construction and installation works on the construction of the Object:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days;
• 40% within 20 business days from the date of receipt by the Customer of a notice of completion of the installation of the Foundation of the Object;
• 25% within 20 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act.
• 5% - Guaranteed Retention, payable within 60 business days.
Design and construction works on VLES device:
• 30% - advance payment within 20 business days;
• 40% within 20 working days from the date of completion of construction and installation works, receipt by the Customer of a notice of completion of construction of VLES and supply of power to the Customer’s electrical equipment, and billing;
• 25% within 20 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act.
• 5% - Guaranteed Retention, payable within 60 business days.
Delivery terms:The procurement participant is allowed when performing work in certain areas (indicate in 1 commercial proposal)
