Comments: two-step procedure:
1. stage- prequalify, Stage 2 - Request for quotation.
The participants are required to fill in the attached form (Application for participation in the tender qualification questionnaire with applications in form a branch of OOO "Glavstroy SPb" in the Moscow region).
Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
To participate in the 2 nd stage of the procurement procedure will be invited to those participants who have been prequalified under this procedure. This pre-qualification is not a notification of the auction and not a public offer, the Organizer is under no obligation to suppliers who took part in the query, including the obligation to conclude any agreements with the persons who have sent their proposals.
This pre-qualification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 Civil Code. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to perform the procedure at any stage, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
The organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) to change the date of consideration by the tender pre-qualification results.
