Comments:
The organizer has the right to conduct the second stage (rebidding), if received
unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Before rebidding will be
no more than 50% of applicants with the best prices of the total
participants. The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant who has proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.
A commercial offer must be submitted before 08/14/19. 12:00 (Moscow time),
Proposals submitted later than this date will not be considered.
Except in the case of a decision on the second stage of submission of price proposals for a limited list of suppliers.
