Delivery terms:Hereby We inform You that "Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC intends to carry out the measures on the choice of the counterparty for the supply of vests and helmets for the needs of "Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC. In this connection, "Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC invites to send offers on the conditions specified below.
We Inform that "Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC will conduct preliminary qualification of counterparties when considering commercial proposals, for which it asks You to provide the following information:

If you agree to participate in the events, please provide up to 12 hours of Moscow time
18.04.2019 The following package of documents:

- Organization's Passport
- Offer.
- A Copy of the document confirming the powers of the person who signed the commercial offer.
- Copy of the Certificate of State registration of the Enterprise (UAH).
- Copy of the Charter.
- Copy of the Certificate of registration in tax authorities (TIN).
- Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
- Accounting balance Sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
- Scan-copy of SRO
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The Present proposal may not, under any circumstances, be construed as an offer. Accordingly, "Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC does not bear any responsibility for refusal to conclude a contract with the persons who have asked to conclude an appropriate transaction.
"Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
"Oktyabrskiy LZK" LLC does not undertake to notify all participants of the contest about its results in writing.
