Обоснование: Закупка на выполнение работ по ремонту сyдопогрузочных машин фирмы NEUERO Shiploader SL 800 VL 5.1 инв. № 40714 (заводской номер К050061-1), VL 5.2 инв. № 40713 (заводской номер К050061-2) признана несостоявшейся. Поскольку заявка ООО "Черномормонтаж", соответствует требованиям, установленным в документации о закупке, комиссией по осуществлению закупок принято единогласное решение – в соответствии с п. 53.2. Единого стандарта закупок (Положение о закупке) публичного акционерного общества «Новороссийский морской торговый порт», дочерних и зависимых обществ публичного акционерного общества «Новороссийский морской торговый порт», заключить договор с ООО "Черномормонтаж".
