| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Contract are carried out in non-monetary form, through the sale of materials obtained as a result of completed demolition work __________________________________ JSC "MSZ", and also by reimbursing the Contractor for the difference between the cost of materials and the work performed. Upon completion of the work, the parties draw up an act of offset of counterclaims. Mutual obligations are considered repaid from the date of signing the act of offset of mutual claims. |
