The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.
If within the last 60 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 60 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
within 15 (fifteen) working days from acceptance of works (signing by the Customer of the certificate on acceptance of performed works on the form № KS-2 and the certificate on the cost of performed works and expenses according to the form № KS-3). The Contract price takes into account all possible costs incurred by the Contractor for the execution of the Works, including but not limited to: the value of all taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory payments, materials, equipment and costs related to their delivery to the Facility and handling operations, as well as other costs not expressly specified in this Agreement but which are required by the Contractor's obligations under this Agreement and are related to the provision of technical and technological processes (including, but not limited to, technical specifications, unforeseen work and costs, etc.) .$
Delivery terms:
- beginning of works — conclusion of the contract.
- Completion of works — 10 (ten) working days from the conclusion of the contract.
