| Payment terms: | payment for the work performed is made at the end of the work within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the work performed (form No. KS-2) on the basis of payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Certificate on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), subject to the transfer of the executive documentation to the Customer.
If the procurement participant is a SME entity, payment for the work performed is made at the end of the work within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the work performed (form No. KS-2) on the basis of payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), issued on the basis of a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), subject to the transfer of the executive documentation to the Customer. |
