Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment under this contract is made in two stages:
A down payment of 30% of the total value of the contract. Made within 7 (seven) banking days from the receipt of the customer of the executor after the signing of this Treaty
Final payment in the amount of 70% of the total value of the contract. Is made by the customer on the basis of the exposed account Executive within 7 (seven) banking days after the parties sign the instrument of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2) and information about the cost of work performed and costs (form COP-3).
Payment obligations of the customer shall be deemed executed since the cancellation of funds from the account of the customer.
