Minimum bid increment/decrement

The price includes all expenses of the Participant made by him in the course of work, including insurance, payment of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments related to the fulfillment of obligations under the contract under this tender, as well as transportation, travel expenses, accommodation and meals for specialists (if necessary) – for the performance of work.
