3. Place, conditions and terms (periods) of delivery of goods, performance of work, provision of services
Russia, object: Krasnoyarsk-Irkutsk oil trunk pipeline, DN 1000 mm, 195.72 - 287.52 km". The Floodplain-Taishet section, 208.1-241.56km. IRNU. Reconstruction., In the area of Taishet, Taishet district, Irkutsk region.
The work must be completed on time from 01.06.2022 to 31.08.2022 according to the schedule of work (Appendix 2).
Materials and equipment are supplied by the Contractor in accordance with the Contractor's delivery schedule of materials and equipment (Appendix 6).

The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account transportation costs for relocation, taxes and other mandatory payments. The cost of works with VAT is offered by participants in tender purchases for this lot.

4. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
5. Availability of certification of managers (producers of works, masters of SMR) in the field of PB (areas of certification A.1, B.2.1, B.2.7, B.9.3, B.9.4), PTM, OT, for work performed in the security zone of the main oil pipeline, availability of personnel qualification certificates. The presence of an engineer of the production and technical department at the construction site in the Contractor's technical support department (LLC "Geoinform"). The Contractor provides accommodation for the VET engineer in the construction town. The construction town of LLC "Geoinform" is located in the village of Yurty.

6. Requirements for procurement participants:
6.1. Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
6.2. Ensuring the fulfillment of the terms of the contract is carried out by providing an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, in the amount of 10% of the contract price. In the absence of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, funds in the amount of 5% of the cost from each acceptance of the completed Works are withheld from payment as security for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract.
6.3. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of registration of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility by the acceptance commission KS-14 or the Acceptance Certificate for operation completed major repairs of the Object.
6.4. The fulfillment of the obligations of the warranty period by the Subcontractor is ensured by the submission of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of obligations within the Warranty Period in the amount of 5% of the cost of the works, services, materials and equipment delivered as part of the object, or by withholding this amount until the end of the warranty period.
6.5. Execution of registration, submission to the controlling services of the construction control of the Customer and transfer to the Contractor of permits and executive documentation in full.

7. List of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
Extract from the register of members of a self-regulating organization based on the membership of persons engaged in construction, reconstruction, major repairs, demolition of capital construction facilities.

8. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services
Prior to the start of the work, the Subcontractor must go through the approval procedure with
LLC "Transneft – Vostok" and obtain admission to the production of works in the management of the Customer at the place of work.

9. List of submitted documents based on the results of the work
In accordance with the terms of the Contract.

10. Materials, documentation submitted by the Customer and applications:
1. Appendix 2. Schedule of work;
2. Appendix 6. Schedule of delivery of materials and equipment by the Contractor;
3. Statements of work volumes;
4. A standard contract for the implementation of the SMR;
5. Transport scheme and geographical coordinates of the place of work.
