Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:form of payment-bank transfer in rubles. 1. The customer shall transfer to the account of the Artist an advance payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of work and Goods, as defined in the relevant additional agreement to the contract after signing by the parties of the supplementary agreement within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of the relevant invoice contractor. 2. The customer shall transfer to the account Executive the final payment in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the value of work and Goods, as defined in the relevant additional agreement to the contract after signing by the parties of certificate performed works (form COP-2) and certificates (forms of COP-3) within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of the relevant invoice performer.
Delivery terms:construction and installation and commissioning of laying structured cabling network using materials Executive Director at sites the customer. The conditions for executing work in accordance with section 5 of the documentation project Contract (form 8) documentation. Term of execution of works should not exceed 21 (twenty one) calendar day from the date of signing of the contract and/or the respective additional agreement.

Comments:
parameters of the essential terms of the contract: 1. Execution of construction and installation and commissioning of laying structured cabling network using Executive Customer object materials. 2. Unloading, accommodation and removal of household rubbish, since the work is carried out by and at the expense of the contractor. 3. The price of the goods indicated in annex No. 1 to the Treaty and should not change during the term of the contract. In the event of a change in the price of the item, the additional agreement is signed indicating altered prices and/or altered item. 4. Duration of the contract: The agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by the parties and shall be valid until 31 December 2019 "year.
