Payment terms:
the customer pays for the interim works performed by the contractor during the reporting period and confirmed by the Act on acceptance of the executed Works (Act on the form № KS-2) in the following order: Contractor shall be provided with certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3). Payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of executed works (in the form № KS-2). The contractor shall provide the customer with Invoice (s), in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 21 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
