Comments:
Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the construction and installation work to repair the bridge across the stream. Adyakil.

Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, district named after Polina Osipenko.
The place of work is located 75 km from the site of the Albazin ore mining and processing plant, in the direction of the Talgiy site (Coordinates of the Albazino area, Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´).

Terms of work production:
Start date of work: 06/07/2021;
Completion date: 07/05/2021.
Start of work on the letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Prior to mobilization at the customer's site for work, it is necessary to go through quarantine (lasting 3 days). The date of arrival in quarantine is specified immediately before arrival.

Scope of work:
To carry out work on the repair of a temporary ryazh bridge across the brook. Adyakil.

Requirements for the production of construction and installation works:
1. The Contractor's employees must be provided with personal protective equipment, overalls and special footwear;
2. Organization of construction and installation work in a timely manner with the obligatory maintenance of operational quality control of work at the work site - in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documents of the Russian Federation for the work performed;
3. The Contractor's engineering and technical personnel appointed by the order of the Contractor, prior to the commencement of work, must be instructed by the Customer on health and safety, familiarized with the OSH and industrial safety of OJSC Polymetal UK;
4. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, fire safety, to comply with regulations and internal regulations of Albazino Resources LLC;
5. When performing work, the presence of certified engineers and technicians of the Contractor with a higher education in construction or special education in construction and work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years is mandatory for the implementation of general management of the work carried out and the employees of the Contractor;
6. Prior to the commencement of work, the Contractor must provide the Customer with a PPR. Construction and installation work will be carried out in the conditions of an existing enterprise, before the start of work, the PPR must be agreed with the Customer's OKS.
The contractor must complete all preparatory measures for organizing the production of work. Ensure safety measures, road safety, environmental safety, fire safety, environmental protection, green spaces and land in accordance with the regulatory documentation during the execution of work.
The contractor is obliged to carry out work under the contract in such a way that the performance of work does not endanger third parties;
7. Before starting work, send copies of orders to the Customer on the appointment of persons responsible for the safe performance of work, compliance with labor protection, industrial and fire safety requirements at the construction site, a list of the Contractor's representatives responsible for making decisions under the contract with the specified areas of responsibility for work under the contract ;
8. The Contractor is obliged in the process of performing the work to maintain and after their completion provide the Customer with as-built documentation (general work log, certificates of inspection of hidden works, etc.). Current as-built documentation is provided by the Contractor for verification to the Customer upon request;
9. The obligation of the Contractor to take all measures to ensure the safety of the property entrusted to him by the Customer and is responsible for any omission that entailed its loss or damage (Article 714 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation);
10. When performing construction and installation work, be guided by the following rules and regulations: SP 48.13330.2019 "Organization of construction"; SP 14.13330.2018 "Construction in seismic regions"; SNiP 12-03-2001 "Labor safety in construction"; SP 46.13330.2012 Bridges and pipes, as well as other applicable regulatory documents established in the territory of the Russian Federation;
11. Ensure the quality of work in accordance with regulatory documents. Cleaning and removal of construction waste is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor's warranty obligations for the work performed must be at least 24 months;
12. Executive documentation is provided by the Contractor in accordance with the DV, on the basis of RD-11-02-2006, SP 48.13330.2011 "Organization of construction". For the reporting period, the contractor must, on a monthly basis, together with the executive documentation, submit to the customer acceptance certificates for work performed in form No.KS-2 in 3 copies, certificates of the cost of work in form No.KS-3 in 3 copies, invoice for payment ; provide the Customer with a report on the expenditure of the materials transferred to him.

Materials for the production of work:
1. The customer provides goods and materials for the performance of work, in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to the TK. In case of an increase in the volume of work, the delivery of these goods and materials remains with the Customer;
2. Purchase and delivery of auxiliary goods and materials to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor;
3. All consumables and auxiliary materials (for example: nails, wire, etc.) necessary for the production of work.

Machines and mechanisms for the production of works:
Mechanisms and equipment filled with fuels and lubricants necessary for the performance of work are the responsibility of the Contractor.
Minimum required requirements for the Contractor's machines and mechanisms:
1. Truck crane with lifting capacity up to 5 tons - 1 unit;
2. Loader - 1 unit;
3. Dump truck with l / c up to 20 t. -1 unit;
4. Equipment (mobile diesel power plant) - if necessary, to provide work with electricity;
5. Hand and auxiliary tools (chainsaw, ax, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the brigade. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools.

Basic requirements for the Contractor's personnel (quantity / qualification / mode of operation):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed;
2. As part of the brigade, it is necessary to have workers with slinger certificates, as well as the presence of an opinion of the medical commission on admission to work in the regions of the Far North and equated to them for all employees of the Contractor;
3. The presence of the Contractor's certified engineers and technicians is mandatory. Control over the production of work is carried out by a person appointed by order with the presence of appropriate certificates (construction control, geodetic control), the specialist must be included in the LDC;
4. As part of the engineering and technical staff, the presence of a VET engineer with office equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, etc.), office supplies and consumables necessary for the execution of executive documentation is mandatory;
5. The mode of production of work is determined by the internal Order of the Contractor, taking into account the requirements for the production of work on the part of the Customer.
