The customer has the right to refuse to conduct a request at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing responsibility. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer (Buyer).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требование о предоставлении технико-коммерческого предложения:Технико-коммерческое предложение предоставляется в формате Приложения 3 в соответствии с требованиями к Участнику (Приложение 2).
Заполненные по форме Приложения №1, 2, 3 к Запросу должны быть предоставлены в форматах Excel и в виде отсканированных копий (формат PDF), подписанных уполномоченным сотрудником Участника и заверенных печатью организации.
Порядок подачи заявок:Участник может подавать заявку как на все, так и на любой из лотов. В случае участия в нескольких лотах Приложение 2 заполняется и предоставляется отдельно на каждый лот.
Требование о предоставлении анкеты:Анкета предоставляется в соответствии с форматом, установленным в запросе (Приложение 1)
