Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Terms of payment according to requirements of Rusagro: 100% deferred payment within 40 calendar days from the date of completion of works.

Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be supported:
1. Commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization with the following information:
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (indicating the system of taxation);
- the period of work execution in calendar days with the application of the schedule of work;
- warranty period for the work performed;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay);
- willingness to work on the form of an agreement of "Tambov bacon" LLC;
- availability and list of qualified personnel; $
- experience of similar work.
2. Reference list for similar projects.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
4. Local estimate calculation.
5. Extract SRO.
