Delivery terms:The total bid price for repair and maintenance services for vehicles must cover all the bidder's obligations to comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents, including the cost of spare parts and consumables, delivery services, exit costs of the service crew (subject to repairs on the customer's site), etc. Consider the possibility of carrying out maintenance and repair of cars as on the territory of the performer, and in the territory of the customer.

Comments:
prices for spare parts and consumables of the Contractor in the offered commercial offer must be on the terms of DDP — the Customer's warehouse and will be checked in the OEB JSC "Minfertilizers" ; to meet current prices. All spare parts and consumables of the performer shall comply with quality standards and have relevant documents (certificates, GOSTS, TU) and shall pass the input quality control on of the Customer's enterprise.
