The Contractor shall provide the Customer with a certificate of acceptance of the completed works and an invoice no later than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of completion of the work.
The payment for the completed works is made by the Customer on the basis of the act of acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties, the invoice no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the completed works.
The final payment for the completed works is made by the Developer on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the completed works signed by the Parties, the invoice no later than 10 (ten) banking days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate, the Customer will make changes to the scope of work performed or types of work that will result in an increase in the Contract price, the Parties sign an additional agreement to the Contract, which determines the timing, cost and scope of additional work, as well as the procedure for their payment.
The Contractor shall not be entitled to demand a change in the Contract price (cost of works) of this Contract if the increase in costs is caused by non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Contractor of obligations under the Contract.
