Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Delivery terms:2. Условия поставки:
2.1. Поставка товаров осуществляется в объеме и к сроку согласно отдельных приложений к договорам.
2.2. Базис поставки: FAS причал п. Владивосток, FOB борта судна в порт Владивосток, либо на склад ОАО ТУРНИФ г. Владивосток (42й причал).
3. Затраты на доставку, хранение, а также все налоги и сборы, включая НДС, должны быть указаны отдельно.
4. К рассмотрению принимаются заявки как на весь объем поставки, указанный в Техническом задании № 1, так и на отдельные позиции.
