Mandatory requirements for Bidders:
1) prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);.
2) need to attach:
- an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed shopping centers. Proposals without an official Commercial Proposal will not be considered. In addition, you need to fill in the attached bid file in Excel format. (Suppliers who do not fill out the excel form will not be admitted for consideration) The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;

5) the packaging should ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label in the form of the Buyer should be pasted on each place;

All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
