Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Предложения рассматриваются только от заводов-изготовителей, торговых домов, официальных представителей.
Обязательная подгрузка коммерческого предложения (с эскизами) на фирменном бланке с указанием цены, тоннажа. В случае неподгрузки данных документов Покупатель вправе не рассматривать кандидатуру участника. Коммерческие предложения/счета можно отправить после завершения торговой процедуры на эл. адрес akapustin@uralkuz.ru.
Для организаций не имеющих договорных обязательств с ОАО "Уралкуз", договор подписывается строго в редакции заказчика, протоколы разногласий не принимаются.
Вся продукция должна поставляться в соответствии с чертежом (см. прикрепленные файлы), с сертификатом качества.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности
