Comments:
Duly executed distribution agreement and dealership certificates are required (and shall be attached to the request). The supplied products shall be genuine and be delivered together with the manufacturer’s passport, quality certificate, conformity certificate. The contract is to be concluded as worded by the customer, protocols of disagreements are not acceptable. The Buyer can reject an application in case the RFP requirements are not met. The buyer has the right to refuse all the received proposals incurring no liability. Participating companies that did not have contractual relationship with Chelyabinsk branch of PAO "Uralkuz" shall upload the documents in a strict accordance with the list (attached). All RFP participants are required to upload a commercial proposal or a specification, copies of incorporation and registration documents.
