Comments: 1. Requirements to the technical, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, to the size, quality, safety of the goods are set out in Appendix 1 "Specification"
2. The price proposed by the participant should include the value of the goods, transportation costs (at Avtodostavke-to spring, at railway delivery-to St. Slavgorod), the cost of tare, packing, marking, all taxes, duties, charges and obligatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, insurance costs, as well as all other expenses.
3. The application of the participant shall contain:
