Payment terms:
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments to pay for the product (batch of products) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product based on the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the product (batch of products), waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law. The price shall include the cost of delivery. If there is an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to provide an irrevocable bank guarantee in an amount not less than the prepayment amount issued by the bank included in the rating of the fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB / Baa2.
Delivery terms:
within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the destination station. Mandatory availability of a quality passport, or another other document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse. The ownership of the goods passes from the supplier to the buyer at the destination station. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies of invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
