Call for Bidding of IT equipment and components (DF1) for LGOK, MGOK and OEMK

Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Alternative bid is a bid, of which the terms and conditions differ from those established in the bid-related documents.

Bids not supported with documentation will not be considered.

В ходе процедуры ценовым предложениям участников присваивается цветовой индикатор:

- Жёлтый, если предложение является лучшим или отличается не более чем на 3% от лучшей цены;

- Красный, если предложение отличается более чем на 3% от лучшей цены.

Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.
