Payment terms:Payment upon delivery. Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is set out per unit of product including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date when the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If it does not coincide with our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your terms in the comments

In the auction, indicate the price for each lot of rubles. incl. VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to confirm the commercial proposal, signed and stamped on the letterhead of the organization.
The commercial proposal must indicate the following:
1. Purchase subject
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms
6. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years
7. Product shelf life guarantees

Further:
1. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
2. A package of documents according to the list (Appendix No. 1)

4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement WITHOUT making changes:

In case of refusal to sign the standard agreement of LLC Rusagro-Primorye, the template of the contract of the winning counterparty will be used, BUT with adjustments by LLC Rusagro-Primorye.
It is also necessary to fill out the consent to the processing of personal data (attached to the auction).
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
