Comments: A commercial proposal (hereinafter - KP) must be drawn up on an official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse.
3) Warranty for the supplied products. Specify the warranty period as well as the date from which it starts (from the date of shipment from the factory, the date of shipment from the Supplier’s warehouse, the date of supply to the buyer's warehouse, the date of commissioning).
4) Period for product replacement under warranty.
5) The products must be new, not used, not restored, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
6) validity period of the commercial proposal.
7) - participants who have not enclosed the Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead in documents are not accepted for consideration
