Payment terms:
The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% payment for the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not restored. When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Mandatory provision of the manufacturer/dealer status. The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 120 days.
