При осуществлении закупки путем запроса предложений Заказчик вправе объявить процедуру проведения закупки несостоявшейся или завершить процедуру закупки без заключения договора по ее результатам в любое время, не возмещая участникам закупок понесенные ими расходы в связи с участием в процедуре запроса предложений
