Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments on account of payment of products (batch of products) no later than 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides originals of documents confirming the quality of products (batch of products), consignment notes and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of legislation.

Alternative payment terms are accepted for consideration

The price shall include the cost of delivery.

Comments:
Please note that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• price of products per unit of measurement; basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery time
• terms and conditions of payment for products

In the event that a different order of delivery is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The term of validity of the offer (offer) shall be not less than 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

At the same time as the submission of the offer is required to attach the technical description.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading of the price proposal signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a delivery contract with LLC "Bošnyakovský coal mine" in the editorial office of the customer (Appendix 1)

The Participant of the Request for Proposals shall agree with the terms and wording of the draft Agreement when submitting the Application. A protocol of disagreements to the draft Treaty is allowed.

Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
