- The person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or in respect of him initiated proceedings in the insolvency (bankruptcy);
- The participant of the Selection has negative experience with the enterprises of UC Rusal;
- In any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
